Our Annual General Meetings will be held on Monday 15th December 2025 in the Clubhouse.
The Men’s and Women’s AGMs are scheduled to take place concurrently at 7.00pm followed immediately by the Member’s AGM at 8.15pm.
Nomination for Committee positions and Notice of Motion Forms can be collected from the Admin Office or Notice Boards in the Men’s/Women’s Locker Rooms.
Positions on the Executive Committee are vacated every two years and current committee members can stand for re-election subject to the maximum terms allowed within the Constitution.
Positions on the Men’s and Women’s committees are vacated annually, but current committee members can stand for re-election.
The following four Executive Committee positions are up for nomination/election this year:
1. Chairperson
2. Honorary Secretary
2. Junior Convenor
3. Two other Executive Officer Positions
The position of Chairperson, Honorary Secretary and Junior Convenor shall follow the rules as outlined in our Constitution.
Completed Nomination forms and Notice of Motion forms to be returned by email to secretary@millicentgolfclub.com or handed in to a member of the Admin Office Staff in the Club who will initial, date and photocopy by way of receipt.
In the case of Chairperson and Junior Convenor the final date for receipt of nomination forms is Friday 14th November 2025.
In the case of the 2 other Executive Officer positions and Notice of Motion forms, the final date for receipt of nomination forms is Monday 24th November 2025.
The Agenda for the AGM and any valid motions will be sent to Members no later than Friday 28th November 2025.
