This week will see history made in Millicent yet again, our Barton Shield team will be the
first adult team to compete in an All-Ireland Finals series when they take on Edmondstown at
10:30 on Friday morning in Carlow GC in the Quarter Final and then hopefully advance to the
Semi – final that afternoon, with the Final on Saturday.
We wish all of the team and management the best of luck for this week and we hope to see you
with a Green Pennant on Saturday night!
All of course are welcome and encouraged to come to Carlow to support and cheer on our
fantastic golfers as they represent us at a national level only an hour away from Millicent!
