Brian Doran – South of Ireland Runner – Up 2024
Congratulations and Commiserations to Brian Doran on a fantastic week at the South of Ireland Championship where he was defeated 3&2 in the final by Patrick Adler of the USA. Brian qualified middle of the pack after 36 holes and proceeded to defeat Jamie Butler of Naas, Richard Sykes of Dun Laoighre, Darragh Flynn of Carton House and Joshua Hill of Galgorm Castle on his way to the final. Brian has had a phenomenal year so far and this only adds to the amazing run of form he has been in. We are all so proud that he is representing Millicent on the highest stage in Ireland and we look forward to welcoming him back to Millicent soon. Hopefully he will help us to our second men’s Pennant in a few weeks with the Senior Cup team and also in the Barton Shield All Ireland quarter finals.
Congratulation’s to the Straffan cup on a win today in the quarter finals and now will play Castle or Naas in semifinal.
Congratulation’s to the Flogas Irish Mixed Foursomes team who beat Cill Dara in the Leinster Central Quarter Final
